The location was acceptable. It was close enough to most attractions.

The breakfast was disappointing, offering very limited options. The breakfast room itself was small and crowded. It made mealtimes unpleasant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit inexperienced. It affected the service quality.

great location delicious breakfast polite staff

I really enjoyed the location, it's close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious (the coffee was excellent!). Francesco helped us with calling a water taxi. He was very polite.

the staff was REALLY friendly. they offered free complimentary breakfast, and it was great. i would come BACK here.

stylish interior comfortable room kind staff

The hotel's interior design impressed me. my room was very comfortable, with nice toiletries. the staff really helped us. breakfast was tasty (the pastries were a treat!).

the air conditioning was insufficient . the room temperature was uncomfortably warm at night. i hope they upgrade it .
